About the program

SunnyLink’s employee SMS program provides internal, work-related communications to employees who have opted in. Messages may include scheduling, work coordination, meeting information, and operational updates. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Enrollment and consent

Employees enroll by completing the SMS consent section of SunnyLink’s onboarding paperwork. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll an employee in the program. SunnyLink obtains and records the employee’s agreement before sending program messages.

Consent applies only to the internal communications described here.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on work-related communication needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation message, after which no additional program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also request removal by contacting SunnyLink using the information below.
