This policy explains how SunnyLink handles information associated with its internal employee SMS program.

Information we collect

For this program, we collect employee names, mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and messages exchanged through the program. Our messaging service may also process delivery information, such as message timestamps and delivery status.

How we use information

We use this information to send and respond to work-related messages, document consent, maintain the messaging service, and process help and opt-out requests.

Information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.  

Service providers that support our messaging and recordkeeping may process information as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Access and retention

Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers that need the information to support the program. We retain program records as needed for internal communications, consent documentation, opt-out management, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You may stop program messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to request an update to your mobile number or messaging preferences.
